“The general condition of the hotel was poor and it just seemed cold and dirty with a lack of pride taken in the hotels building and the guest rooms. The Hotel room was very warm, it seemed like the heating was constantly on as the radiators were always very hot and it never felt like they were getting cooler . You couldn't sleep at night it was like a sauna. We tried to move the temperature setting on the wall gauge in our room but the gauge started to constantly make a ticking noise every 2……

“It a nice place, I liked the ambiance and the setting, close to the airport but there is no shuttle. ”

“The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or……

“The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and great places to eat, making it easy to explore the city. The WiFi was fast, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend 2-bed Apartment to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!”

“Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest. ”
