“Beautiful house that has solitude but is still close to everything you would want. ”

“1. Very clean.2. Excellent hot water, and set of appliances3. Spa tub did not operate, but maintenance responded as soon as we realized it, late in our stay.4. Comfortable furniture and beds.5. Can XC or snow shoe on better than 2 miles of trails. Not groomed but really used by many folks. Of course, free.6. Had difficulty with ski locker which host and maintanence got fixed within the day. Great response, especially considering maintenance was very busy with a lot of snow removal needed……

“This was a great house to stay at for our purposes, which was skiing at Cannon. Nice and close! Also pet friendly, which was hugely important to us. It’s a little inconvenient that there is no exit to the outside from the main floor. Property was clean, comfortable, good spot, quiet, and perfect proximity to the mountain.”

“Excellent location. Setting in the mountains was beautiful. Our goal in booking a VRBO vs a hotel was the advantage of having a kitchen to cook meals. Unfortunately, the cookware was absolutely disgusting. If we had been told the pans were recently salvaged from the junkyard, we wouldn’t have been surprised. The basement had a very funky odor. It made us sad to think this beautiful home had not been better equipped/maintained. We were expecting a luxury home, but it felt like an unkept……

“The house was a construction zone and had no driveway- construction debris and ladders in the yard. No walkways or patio just uneven dirt to the doors. Would not recommend for elderly or anyone with the walking difficulties. Before checkout, we left to get a coffee we came back to the house keepers already in the house (we still had almost an hour until checkout) and we clearly had our belongings on the deck still. I outreached to the rental company and they lied saying the cleaners never……
