“The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do.”

“This was a great option for family merging from multiple states for a Purdue graduation. While away from campus, we needed the beds provided. The only downside is that usu when I VRBO, I usu cook all meals. I do take most things for cooking with me. If you plan to cook a lot, take extra pots/pans, etc. Otherwise, there is ample dishes to eat on. Number of bathrooms were great. Back yard is very nice for outdoor games. Grill worked great as well. Overall, great stay.”

“House was in a perfect location and just 10-15 minutes away from anything we wanted to do. House is in great shape and beautifully decorated. Outdoor patio was a hit with our family and we loved the small town vibes. We would definitely come back and stay here again.”

“Home had everything we needed. Busy weekend, but we did take a moment to sit out in the private backyard. The simplicity of the home was refreshing and freeing. Beautifully set table looked very inviting. Only recommendations would be hand towel holders in the bathrooms and an end table or two in living room. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to restaurants”

“Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable. The floors throughout are wood, and some rugs would make it quieter and more comfortable. Seven adults had plenty of space, and were happy with our choice to stay in this classy old home instead of at a……

“Great communication with the owner; he was extremely helpful when we booked another spot but for the wrong days! He came to the rescue with his new space just coming in the market. Nice amenities in the apartment- snacks and coffee, bathroom supplies, very comfy linens. Perfect location for us to access Purdue activities - a short Lyft ride to our niece’s apartment.”

“The property is great. Everything is in excellent condition (almost brand new). The only observation I have to make is the noises at any time of the day from the neighbors from the top floor. It would be unfair to blame the neighbors. The way the apartment was built (basement) allowed any noise, dropping stuff, moving chairs, conversations, cleaning, TV watching, laundry, or anything to be heard at our location. ”

“The hotel was ok for the $72 price but little details of upkeep and condition could improve it much. The shower curtain was faded and worn but functional the breakfast was poor with very few options i.e. no hot water or hot tea. This is a typical "India" run hotel.”

“Management is amazing. Clean comfortable bed, clean hot shower, and convenient location in dowtown frankfort. Will definitely be staying here again the next time i am in town for work. Highly recommend for anyone who cant afford the overpriced hotels of Lafayette and needs a comfortable place to stay ”
