“This isn't a luxury room in the sense of being new/updated with a lot of space. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race. Meg seemed available to help although we didn't need anything.”

“Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. The place was exactly as the pictures and listing. You have your own dedicated parking space next to the entrance. The apartment is actually a carriage house above the owner’s garage. It had all the amenities needed for a multi day stay. We made good use of the washer and dryer as we were there for a sports tournament and needed to run laundry frequently. It was very easy to walk into Main Street in downtown from the apartment. “The size and layout of the unit was great for us. In addition, the location was ideal. Close enough to walk to the Ironman Village and transition area, but far enough removed to have a quiet environment. ”

“We stayed over the Fourth of July holiday. The apartment has an awkward layout with both bathrooms being only accessible from the living area.Everything is old and well used. Mattresses are not comfortable, etc. The shower had mold in the corners, but everything functioned.This unit is located on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs to get to it. That is really not stated clearly. If you have mobility issues, I would think twice.It is located in an excellent part of town, walking distance to all……

“We stayed at the lodge in July. We brought our own kayaks and left at the shoreline. We had a couple excursions paddling past the locks one day, and the next day to to the island in Kiwassa Lake for lunch, fishing and a swim.Location is close enough to walk into town for dinner and shopping. My husband enjoyed a rainbow trout at the RiverTrail beer works. Host was on property and available to help us.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cozy, comfortable home. Very clean, very well taken care of, and enjoyable decor. Instructions and communication with landlord very easy and clear. We appreciated having the variety of amenities to be easily able to prepare our own food. A great space for our family of 4. Very convenient location, just a short walk over the hill through a lovely neighborhood to get to town. Highly recommend this place! ”
