"We didn't enjoy our stay. Your webside mentioned that it was pet friendly. Far from it, only for dogs, snakes, birds lizards etc. I mentioned on line about bringing two cats with us and it was said yes. When we arrived, the desk clerk said no cats. I told him the Website told us that cats were acceptable. He made a smart remark about tigers and large wild cats. Seriously??? He did get a pet hotel for us, but we did something else with them. We had to make other arrangements for them and it was not pleasant at all. Soap dispenser was totally empty, so the small sliver of soap had to do. I was sure that the people that brought their snakes would be eating breakfast with their pets around their necks so we didn't even stop. Dropped of the keys in the box that was on the front desk, no one was there, we went to walk out the door and the man that worked the front suddenly appeared and wanted to know what we were doing as we walked out the front door. Your front desk help needs some serious training on how to work at a front desk and be the front person representing your business. Didn't like the night one, he was very very nosy about where we came from to why we were staying and where we were headed. The morning one was no where to be found and we could not wait for him to appear so we left the keys and left. Would not recommend hour hotel because of the staff and the pets they pick and choose to let stay there. "

"Staff was very helpful and nice, but next time I’m bringing my camp trailer. The bathtub was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, we wore flip flops to rinse off. The bed comforter had a stain on it, the heater only worked half the time. My friend found a live maggot on her pillow. Also none of the pictures online matched the room, this was absolutely false advertising!"

"I need a review thats short and to the point. The property was clean, the lobby is cute and quaint. Its a small inn, so the rooms are tiny like a small bedroom, but was perfect for my husband and I. We didnt use the hot tub outside so we dont know how if it was good or not. Breakfast was just a choice of pastries, blueberry muffins, toast, a couple of cereal choices. They have a waffle maker too. There is no front desk but in The day time hours there was a very nice gal in the lobby that could help us at any time."
