“This house was great in so many ways. Pictures are an accurate representation. The location is convenient with easy access to lots of activities. While having Vermont charm, it is not out in the woods - felt very safe there, traveling solo. Host was responsive and helpful but not intrusive. ”

“We had a relaxing stay on the lake at this adorable cottage in swanton. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you might need—paper products, coffee maker and keurig pods, cookware, grill, 2 kayaks, 2 adult paddle boards, life jackets, floats, etc. We did day trips to Montreal and Burlington and some hikes in the area. “I would classify this property as a hunting/fishing lodge. Old, dusty smell when entering. Windows were dirty & some were nonfunctional. The shower is very small & slippery, no grab bars for safety. On a positive, the beds were comfortable & clean. Ceiling fans were a blessing. The scenic view was blocked with bushes, which I think are supposed to be a buffer from the well used road traffic sounds. We were attending a family reunion in the area & that was a wonderful time. “This place exceeded our expectations! We've stayed in tons of VRBO rentals before but this one tops them all! No detail has gone unnoticed in this property- it's immaculate, perfectly furnished, the beds are so comfortable and all of the labeled details throughout the house made everything so easy and seamless for us. And our teenage daughters loved the air hockey table and arcade games in the basement :) I can't say enough great things about this place. I'd highly recommend it and we hope to……
