“The location was centrally located to area we needed. Wagner was very responsive and a pleasure. Although ww did not spend much time in the unit other than to sleep, we found the accomodations to be comfortable and clean. Will be back again !”

“This was a lovely, clean, easy to access property. I stayed there with my daughter for college orientation and we will 100 percent stay again. The host was lovely and a great communicator. It was an overall great experience. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The layout and amenities were simple but enough, the pool was perfect, and the neighbors were all so lovely. The home is positioned at a three way intersection so can be a bit tricky pulling in and out and need to be a little extra cautious with littles. Other than that, we enjoyed every bit of the neighborhood, the local parks and shopping/dining within minutes. We will definitely be adding this to our favorites in hopes of staying in the future! ”

“Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. If trains bother you don’t stay here but if you know Lawrence you know this is a great……

“Great house, great location. Perfect for our group. Online listing did say there were 4 beds but we arrived to only find 3. No problem though because it has the most comfortable couch ever made. Great spot.”

“We booked this property for a wedding weekend in Olathe, and it met our needs. We have older kids (college, high school age), and there is plenty of space to spread out. That said, this would also be a great spot for people with young children. The playset looked like it would be really fun. All communications with Evolve were great and they were very responsive once we were onsite.”

“Family of 8 stayed over the 4th of July. The house was cute and clean. The yard was wonderful and included a swing set that the kids loved after 2 days of driving from North Carolina for a family reunion. The host was very helpful and answered right away when I called needing help. Great stay and would rent this house again for sure!”
