“Clean and tidy, slightly tired.”

“Loved it. Great location. Felt pretty upperclass from the moment we walked in. So fresh and so clean! From Rob F.”

“Despite the weather it was wonderful. Would recommend however , perhaps a sliding door to enclose the kitchen and dining area, especially during the winter time, as it was quite exposed to the elements when the wind blew and not comfortable to sit and eat a meal at the table. Everything else was fine, and the outdoor shower was wonderful .”

“Tidy little spot for a short stay to see Raglan. A short drive to downtown. Basic kitchenette and available grill. We ate out with lots of options in town for good food.”

“This is a beautiful country place. It has a lovely atmosphere and character. The outdoor bath is a great way to relax and enjoy the bird life or the stars if you are so inclined. There was lots of firewood and kindling for the wood burner. There were electric blankets on the bed which was great because we stayed in winter during a cold snap and a severe frost. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with an excellent gas hob. The carpeted floor and fluffy floor rugs helped with warmth and comfort.”

“Awesome hosts and the accommodation met all expectations!! ”

“Very clean, quiet and beautiful view. Easy check-in and communication. Great location next to the river.”

“Great property on beachfront at the waikato coast. Nice place for 2 or 3 walks and a weekend of catching up. Impressed and all enjoyed out stay.”

“Lovely place, Great host, easy to find no issues. Will definitely be back”

“Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the……
