“The staff is wonderful. The carpet is frayed and tattered, a light in the bathroom was out, there was no ironing board in the room and the room had a stale smell.”

“Everything was dirty, extremely wrinkled, or dusty.”

“The room I had wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for an employee to tell me they just renovated when it had hair in the tub,sink,and in the fridge even. Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here. ”

“Room was clean, must request housekeeping if you want your room serviced the next day. Tina and Barbara at the front desk were very friendly, got us checked in quickly, offered dining suggestions and directions. Work crews use this property so request a room away from them, very nice but loud and stay up late. Our room was downstairs and room above us was very loud and heavy on the floor. Hot water dispenser in breakfast room does not work very well.”

“Check in lady was nice, no phone number for front desk, no tv remote, cigarette burns in sheets. Clean but burned. Floor could have been cleaner. People smoking pot outside was frustrating. ”

“The bed was comfortable and everything in the room was brand new. They are working on the amenities. I would say that this place can not be beat for the price. ”

“4 stars because the customer service was decent. My guy at the desk was patient enough with me and did what he could, as I had messed up the reservation and like to had a stroke in the process. The room was cleanish, everything pretty much what you would expect for the price. Def keep the door locked tho”

“No pool as advertise on Expedia but did received email from hotel prior to arrival. Stove didn’t work and was never fixed during my stay. Staff very courteous and available. Room/bathroom clean with basic supplies. Thank you.”

“The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment.”
