“Great Property! The living space was huge and easily accommodated our party of 7. Property manager was super responsive, check in was easy and limited check out steps needed. They went above and beyond with the little things which to me made all the difference like having a little coffee station with all the coffee, creamer, sugar; laundry had detergent and dryer sheets; kitchen had basic spice and oil staples, etc. We will definitely try to stay here for future visits if the property is……

“This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure!”

“We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect. Very convenient for getting to the venue and for places to eat. The refrigerator was a great size as we had to keep a fairly large amount of items cool for the rehearsal dinner. The internet was off and on, so that was a little frustrating, but probably just an issue with the internet provider. That can happen. Would definitely be happy to stay here again. ”

“This was such a lovely townhome. It was very quiet and I felt perfectly safe. I was visiting my son from out of state and got this place so we could spend quality time together. It was decorated the way I would decorate my own home and had a mid century modern theme. “I am from BCS originally and needed a last minute rental for a few nights to come in town for my grandfather's funeral. Availability was slim for rentals and slimmer for hotels. I wasn't excited about this rental but I was grateful to find a place with the basics and the location was very close to my grandma. We had some hiccups. “We were in town for my son’s wedding. The house was great as a gathering place for family. Everyone enjoyed the games! There was plenty of room to set out food and for everyone to sit and enjoy meals together. There was plenty of parking and ample bedroom and bathroom space for everyone who stayed at the house!
