「This location is adorable. We loved the proximity to amenities like Harlinsdale Farm, the Factory, and downtown Franklin. The trails surrounding are great for active couples who like to walk and bike. This cozy cottage is very well appointed with all the creature comforts. It was quiet and safe and we will absolutely be back soon. Perfect for a couple for a date getaway. Very clean with a really nice renovation to the interior and great, comfortable furniture.」

「Enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again in the future! Location was great. Thank you!」

「Great place to stay. Would def stay again.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, and the three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it a great place to gather. The furniture was nice, although the couch felt a little cozy for our family since we're all six feet tall or taller—but for our two-night stay, it wasn't a big deal! The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and everything was clean. There was a little cosmetic wear in one...

「Cabin feel with paper thin walls, gravel driveway with multiple properties attached made it difficult to sleep with coming and going of people and vehicles. Host said we could have late check out then locked us out before the checkout time and some of our belongings and groceries had to be left behind. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! The property was cozy, peaceful, and tucked away, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the space. We also really appreciated the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere the owners promote, making it feel like a place where people from all walks of life are welcome. Overall, a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend staying here!」

「Our trip was to explore Franklin, Tn. This adorable house was 5 to 10 minutes from downtown and great restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. Gretchen was helpful and great to work with」

「Clean and cozy! Perfect weekend birthday trip for the girls!」

「What an amazing cottage - this is one of the best VRBO stays we've had; we thought the charm of the place was amazing - turns out the owner of the cottage owns an antique store which explains her great taste in design (go check out the store - Scarlett Scales Antiques in Franklin).Cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a stay - just bring yourself and enjoy. We enjoyed sitting out in the morning on the back patio and watching the birds and jack rabbits that happened along while...

「It was a very nice quiet property, not far away from all the attractions that we planned on going to would definitely book again if in the area」

「The house was perfect. The host provided all of the amenities that would be needed. The location was close to town, though I wouldn’t consider it walking distance to downtown. However, the house was located on a quiet street the kids and I felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!」
