“We stayed here over the weekend to celebrate my birthday and this property did not disappoint! The spinal stairs was very unique and the upstairs “playroom” was a great hangout spot for movies or games. The fire pit had plenty of seating and the dock had ample room for everyone to spread out and relax! A few cobb webs around the furniture outside but nothing a broom can’t handle! Thank you for having us!”

“Nice property with a lot of amenities, although I didn't use most. My stay was brief, I needed a place to stay overnight after going to a concert. One note is that maps will take you to the owners drive, the actual drive way for the camp site is a little further down the road. I would stay again.”

“The property is beautiful, quite and serene. The four star rating was because the discription was somewhat misleading. If I had read the reviews I would have seen that there were 2-1/2 baths. One with stool and sink and the second with a bathtub/shower and sink which had to be entered through the main bedroom. Also the fourth bedroom is actually the sun room with a futon. The other thing we found somewhat concerning was only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, a 1/2 roll of paper towels and 2……

“We rented this property when we went to Bullard for a wedding. It was perfect for my family of five. The kids loved hanging out on the dock.”

“AC did not work. Wet hallway carpet. Water standing on back patio. Rickety dining chairs. All older men in our group. Fishing at nearby lakes. Overall it was a nice place good location. Hot tub was great. Very clean. Nice amenities.”

“Great location! Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy with the siblings. Frank responded quickly to solve our check in issue. Our fishing members were rewarded with a catfish and several perch. And when we went into Frankston, we enjoyed the (surprise) arts and crafts in the town square. Our only disappointment was that the house was not as updated as the one we rented last year.”

“We came for a concert in the area and this was a perfect spot for us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the place was nice.The beds are VERY comfortable!!!”

“What a super cute house! We really enjoyed staying at this updated house during our trip to Tyler. It was convenient to the rose garden, coffee houses and restaurants we visited. It was also an easy drive to Canton to visit First Monday Trade Days. The outdoor covered patio in the back yard was perfect for morning coffee.”
