「Fantastic location in a peaceful setting with great views」

「The most amazing hotel! Beyond perfect experience. 」

「This place is beautiful and the villa would have been an amazing experience. After check in, we found out that the water in the bathrooms appeared brown-ish. We raised this issue twice with the hotel, and were told that the colour is due to the water coming from the municipal source. There was no filtering in place. The hotel provided drinking water bottles however it ruined the whole experience. We weren’t able to wash after a long day exploring and even properly brush our teeth. Needless to...

「Beautiful guesthouse, great location. Staff were fantastic. Would recommend. 」

「All I can say is wow! We stayed one night in the hotel and it was epic, every attention to detail you could imagine. The staff fell over themselves to be helpful, food was incredible and breakfast in the morning was another level. I wish we had booked for longer but we will be back 」

「Truly gracious experience. Amenities that typically cost extra were included, such as wine, sodas and snacks in the room. The host accommodated a late checkout on our departure day so we had a place to rest up before our flight. A truly first rate, first class experience. We look forward to returning」

「Equipe fantástica, ótimo custo-benefício, próximo à estação do wine tram - 15 minutos andando. Se você precisa de acessibilidade, vale frisar nos pedidos especiais (nós ficamos em um quarto com escada caracol). Voltaremos, sem dúvidas!」

「Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Letitia welcomed us and the whole team are fantastic. Room was huge and air con great! Pool perfect to cool down and a short walk to the town. Breakfast is plentiful and so quiet and relaxing on the veranda. Look forward to returning. Love love loved it! 」

「Beautiful, new and spotless room in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!」

「Helpful staff」

「We had an awesome stay but the heavy rains caused us to evacuate our villa as we got flooded, hotel staff was super awesome and we got upgraded to a hotel room.」

「Lovely stay and exceptional staff. Cleanliness during our stay could have been improved as countertops were not wiped or floor sweeped. Crockery were washed but not packed away. Towels not replaced on 2nd day but dirty ones were taken away.」

「Such a great little gem! Sam and her whole team couldn’t have done any more to get my first visit to South Africa off to a great start. The communication before I arrived was superb as well. Such a pretty property and the breakfast options worked for a vegetarian. I highly recommend The Manor!」

「Service, restaurants are outstanding, food is unique and 5 star. A fun evening」
