This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath townhome boasts stunning views of Byers Peak and the Continental Divide. It is centrally located, just 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort and close to shopping amenities, with Rocky Mountain National Park only 45 minutes away. Enjoy onsite parking and convenient proximity to Safeway, with a picturesque fishing pond right outside the patio door.

This lower-level unit, accessible via stairs, features a cozy gas fireplace and includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. Situated just a few minutes' walk from downtown Fraser, you'll have easy access to shopping, bars, and restaurants.

The well-maintained townhome offers a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for family gatherings. The open living plan encourages interaction while cooking meals.

The primary suite features a queen-sized bed and a whirlpool tub—an ideal retreat after a day of hiking or skiing.

The second bedroom comfortably accommodates four guests with two bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over double).

Everything was great except the internet access situation
We liked the unit. It was quiet, cozy, and clean. The queen bed seemed more like a full and was really soft, but we slept okay. The only big issue we had was internet access. We followed the instructions in the unit but never could get any of our phones to connect to wifi (two different Android models and two different iPhone models). It would repeatedly tell us that our email address was invalid even though we were using our regular email addresses. The instructions force you to connect by entering your full name and email address as well as a password. I was frustrated I had to use my email, but then I couldn't get that to work either. It one point we were able to get a laptop connected to the wifi but it was incredibly slow. One of our party needed to WFH during our stay and was unable to remain in the unit and work due to the wifi situation.

Spacious and lovely
This unit was very spacious and had a large living and dining area that we appreciated. The fire place was beautiful. We would have appreciated a better description that there is no elevator and that the entrance is down a flight of stairs outdoors. Also, the sign for the entrance way to this unit was covered in snow from the plow. We had to call management to find out unit entrance way and also find the parking spot for the unit because the sign for that was not easy to find either. Pictures might have helped. Other than issues finding the unit and parking spot, this was a great stay and unit!
