“I was unhappy that I couldn’t reach anyone when the internet was not working. I didn’t realize until an hour later that it was unplugged. No one would answer my calls when I tried to contact someone. It went to an automated voice system. I didn’t know where the internet box was located. I was very frustrated. ”
