“We had a great experience staying at this amazing property!”

“Super cute cabin. The view is really nice. There is a big window in the living room that captures open mountain views. Quiet and high up the top of Pine Mountain. The TV is in the basement room and not the living room so that was a bummer. We went out a lot in the town, but it is always nice to watch a movie together. Nice parking access right in front of the cabin which made unloading easy. Private from neighbors. I believe this is a new rental. Some suggestions: We stayed over the……

“Great mountain home for families or friends. Plenty of rooms, even a fun playroom/bedroom for the tykes. Downstairs has pool table and darts and big TV. Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). Appliances are new and modern.……

“This is the second time my family has rented this home. It has all the things you would want for a cozy getaway. The only downside to the property is that there is no cell phone reception, and the Wi-Fi is very spotty. We came up on the tail end of a winter storm, and had trouble getting up the road because of the ice, even with chains, and were not able to make any calls. Other than that, however, the house is awesome, the location is incredible with a hiking trail right out your front door,……

“We used VRBO to find a stay in #FrazierPark and get to play in the snow here in SoCal. What a fun stay. The host was so amazing and kind and was available for our every need. The place was clean, cozy and had all ammenities we needed. The backyard was awesome and plenty of space for us to enjoy ourselves. Easy check in and check out and we will definitely be back again. “This is a perfect getaway. It's close enough to Los Angeles, but far enough that you feel like you are not in the city. The house is a cozy place that fit my family of 4 perfectly. We ending up being able to have lots of family time from playing darts in the back, to the provided Pictionary game, to just sitting and reading and enjoying nature. If you are looking for a get away. Get away to this cabin.”

“We just wanted to get away from it all for a few days, and this property was the ticket for it. The "village" with multiple coffe shops and s decent general store is ist just far enough away for a nice little walk with a reward at the end. We baked cookies, watched movies and just chilled. The house was nice, TV in every room, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and adequate kitchen. They forgot to clean the stove, everything else was clean. “Beautiful cabin nestled around tall pine trees with the back deckings scenic miles of nature and mountains,gateway to the wild. Loved the BBQ on the deck.Cabin has a cool fenced off area like a mini dog park which the dogs loved.Inside was super clean.The pool room downstairs was a hit for the Family as we shot some pool at night.The main living rooms views is priceless again to open wilderness. Best maintained roads in snow conditions I ever encountered in my many rentals of cabins all around……

“Very nice place for weekend. The cabin is nicely built. Overall it was a good value. The central heat did not work, but the place got warm with the fireplace and space heater. The wall heaters in the rooms helped keep them warm. The kitchen could use better cooking utensils, but the appliances were very good. The cabin Was clean on inside but the porch needed sweeping. There is also unsightly throw-away items outside and under the house.”

“Two couples and lifelong friends stayed at this beautiful property in September 2023. Everything about the listing was accurately presented. The pictures do not do it justice. The ‘cabin’ is very roomy, full of light and exceptionally decorated. The gourmet kitchen is to die for. This property was especially suited to one of our party with mobility issues. The ‘asterisk’ comes because of a few maintenance issues that individually would never spoil a stay, but combined, makes for a few frown……

“Pros: Cabin was really nice (new). The Host Lori was great and very responsive. Cons: Its a HOA community so there are restrictions such as no open fires allowed (even if its propane fire pit). You are only allowed to use the propane gas grill. Coffee machine had old water in the reservoir, kitchen sink was dirty, and the refrigerator was not clean. Cabin has no washer and dryer. Overall we had a good time. Its a nice place to visit if you just want hangout indoors.”
