"Our room did NOT have a Television set. I told the front desk about this 3 times and the last time the front desk person wrote it in a logbook. We were offered another room on the second day. I think that the room should not have been available to paying guests."

"Overall, a great experience, their socket did fry my phone charger when I attempted to plug it in. But the room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was decent."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! Landscaping and backyard stunning. Inside quiet, clean, and peaceful. Easy to get to stores, downtown Tucson, and nearby parks. Saguaro east for sunset and Sabino Canyon for hike. Amazing!"

"This was place was horrible. An hour and a half late due to house not being ready and pool needed cleaning. Numerous issues including:1. broken bunkbed, had to drag out mattress and have a kid sleep on the floor2. floor was wet in that same room3. slider would not lock and had to resolve this issue numerous times. Forced to leave unlocked a couple of times.4. flooring was chipped and cupping up due to moisture.5. kitchen floor by the refrigerator was saturated and spongy. One section could be pushed down about an inch.6. the closet was not replenished with paper towels, napkins or enough garbage bags for our stay.7. kitchen utensils were inadequate.8. outdoor furniture was torn, shredded and not shaded by any umbrellas. We had to carry out dining room chairs:-(9. Indoor red chairs were uncomfortable due to padding was gone or compressed on 3 of the 4 chairs. The kitchen stools were unstable.10. the beds were very low to the floor, very uncomfortable to get into or out."

"Such a fun house and a great host. House is fully equipped with everything you might need. The pool/play area has toys, floats, balls, racquets, clubs to enjoy all the games. Very clean. Host communicates and is very kind. Definitely book here! "

"Kitchen was very well equipped and bathrooms were well supplied and all had plumbing that worked well. The layout provided great space for time together in main area of house with privacy in the bedrooms - each with a television. Cam was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. We enjoyed our “ home away from home” and the location could not have been better."

"The property was perfect as a staging area for my daughter's wedding. There are some deferred maintenance items. There is no dust pan, could use a rubber spatula and some new pans as they do not work very well. Tons of spider webs and spiders outside and the back door has a broken screen which allows the bugs in the house. The master door handle is loose, master towel holder is loose, and the chair by the pool is missing a leg. House was cute and comfortable and perfectly located for the wedding venue."

"We had a wonderful stay in Tucson! The hosts were amazing. We had open communication with quick response time. They have the house stocked with everything you need, plus sweet extras. The house was very clean. The backyard was fabulous. My family could have just sat out there all day and evening, enjoying the pool, hot tub and sun! It was perfect place for my morning coffee and reading my book. We would definitely stay in this sweet little house again. "
