「Had a horrible experience. We were in the king room with sofa bed. There was a hole in the sofa bed and no sheets or blankets were provided for the sofa bed when we asked for some, front desk said there wasn’t any. TV didn’t work and the smoke alarm kept going off.」

「I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. 」

「We really ejoyed our deluxe queen room. It was spacious and clean. The pool area was very nice and the bar was great. The location was very convenient to University of Arizona.」

「My mother came to town and we stayed here for a week. The property itself is not bad; not dirty but I think it could use some more TLC. They put us in an upstairs room overlooking the pool, which was nice, but there were a lot of flying bugs in the room and we could not stay there. The staff was able to put us in a similar room without the view of the pool, and it was bug-free. Housekeeping was pleasant and accommodating, and the free breakfast was nice as well. 「The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room」

「Beautiful ambiance in the Catalina Mountains with breathtaking views from pools and room. Restaurants were excellent, The Grill was fantastic.」

「Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. 」
