「My mother came to town and we stayed here for a week. The property itself is not bad; not dirty but I think it could use some more TLC. They put us in an upstairs room overlooking the pool, which was nice, but there were a lot of flying bugs in the room and we could not stay there. The staff was able to put us in a similar room without the view of the pool, and it was bug-free. Housekeeping was pleasant and accommodating, and the free breakfast was nice as well. 「The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room」

「Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor.」

「Beautiful ambiance in the Catalina Mountains with breathtaking views from pools and room. Restaurants were excellent, The Grill was fantastic.」

「I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. 」

「Great option in Tucson. Friendly staff that cares. Nice amenities, including a terrific gym. The property is a 1980’s design, and will need some updating in the years to come, but it’s all very well maintained. About 20 min to UofA if visiting a child. Only criticism would be the lack of a concierge. We were there over a long, and very high occupancy weekend, so it would have been a very nice amenity (eg.
