「Perfect for a girls weekend. There were 8 of us that came together from all over Michigan, Canada and Ohio to spend a weekend celebrating and floating down the Ausable. Having all the rooms upstairs was like being at camp with a huge living room for us all to come together. It was perfect. The wrap around porch and grill were heavily utilized. I would 100% recommend this property for family and friend gatherings. 」

「Close to canoe rental and the Au Sable. Place had everything needed. Would’ve been exceptional is there was more deck furniture and the deck painted. Need a new grill as well. Overall the place was great!」

「Great property, well suited for larger families. We were there primarily to ski and it's a great location but there's plenty of other things to do at Schuss / Shanty. Host is great, good communication, checked in . with us to see if we needed anything. House is clean and well stocked, as advertised!」

「This home couldn’t have been better for our group of 8 golfers. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and everything else that we needed. We really enjoyed the large back deck and spent most of our time back there. Hot tub was great, warm and clean. Our group would come back to this beautiful property every year if we can!」

「We had a great time! The house was beautiful and clean with lots of kitchen amenities and comfortable beds. The lake was extremely quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The beach had a sandy area for the kids to play and splash, they also enjoyed floating out to check out the lily pads and going kayaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evenings and looking at the lake. Our kids also loved playing with the games and blocks provided while waiting for lake time.
