“Overall, the hotel is ok for the price. It didn’t really have a lobby, just an office. No breakfast was offered but there is coffeeemaker in the room. It’s on a busy road so you can hear the cars passing by at night. It feels more like an apartment complex. Overall, the room is clean and functional. There is a view of the city from the balcony”

“Rustic and cozy atmosphere with attention to every detail for making our stay relaxing. Near Boulder but away from the hectic traffic, congestion. Niwot is quaint and walkable to small shops and dining. Lovely trees and vegetation together with unique art objects are charming. The Inn has log furniture and electric fireplace in the rooms for ambiance and comfort. Plus several common seating areas to chat, do a jigsaw puzzle or read/relax. The larger common area for included breakfast and evening……

“I went to visit my son and really enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and the proximity to the several hiking trails. The park rangers and city of Boulder visitor's department were on site and provided me with guidance to local sites. It was a delightful weekend. ”
