Clean home and well stocked. Great location!

The home is spacious and well stocked. Very clean and very close to the Fredrick downtown where we could walk to for dinner. The master bath had no hot water though, so we ended up using only the guest shower during our stay.

Get away

This was a perfect property for my friend and I to stay in for a few days. It’s only a couple of blocks from Market Street where we walked, did some shopping and ate at local restaurants including a couple of pubs.

This property is beautifully renovated and walking distance to everything. They were very accommodating to our early check in as well. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Stay

Location was perfect. We walked to everywhere we wanted to go in Frederick. The condo is lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a very relaxing and fun time.

Very comfortable and great location

Right downtown in historic old Frederick. Two large bedrooms, nice kitchen, lots of room, very clean. Only minor bummer was not having CNN as an available channel on the TV. But really, no complaints at all. Couldn't have been cleaner, which was appreciated. Would definitely come back again!

Great location, comfortable stay but noisy upstairs neighbors

We will likely stay here again as it was a great deal for the space and location. It’s nice that they provide everything needed for a short term stay, you can tell there’s a lot of thought put into this place. Beds were pretty comfortable. Not really a complaint but just fyi that you can hear every step of whoever is staying upstairs. Our baby was able to sleep through it with his sound machine.

My husband and I were in Frederick for our daughter’s graduation from a training. We wish we were able to stay longer. This property is in a great location to shops and restaurants. There is a bakery just down from it that was worth standing in line for! This property was perfect-amount of space, cleanliness, location, and it was so quiet! We are definitely planning on coming back and spending more time in this charming area and staying at this property again!

Great location, spacious place. Instructions were clear. But typical complaint that we were expected to leave the house completely clean in addition to pay for over $100 in cleaning fees. Host had no active communication

nice condo but needs updates

the location of the condo was nice- very easy walk to downtown Frederick. however, there were several issues with the condo itself (repair work needed) which i relayed to the property owner. hopefully these will be fixed for the next guest to improve the experience. the property owner was very responsive and apologetic, and noted these items to be fixed for future guests. house issues included hall shower not properly secured to the wall, master bath shower one shower head not working and also the toilet paper holder was broken. there were stains on the couch and side chairs in the living room that should have been cleaned. There was clear water damage on the dining room ceiling. There were no window treatments for the front and side doors for privacy. Additionally the TV remote batteries needed to be replaced, and we were unable to watch TV at night in the condo.

Clean, Spacious, Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay in this Frederick condo. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for three adults. Everything was in good working order. The condo is a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the park. Parking behind the condo was convenient and easy to use. Only suggestions would be a pathway from the parking area to the back patio (currently you have to walk through uneven grass) and more lighting near the patio steps. Highly recommend if you're staying in Frederick!
