This was a clean and convenient hotel with a full kitchen, stocked with plenty of the necessities to extend your stay. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. Breakfast was very good and we had no complaints. 🙂

The front desk staff was tremendously helpful. I called to ask how to cool the room because the thermostat was doing the opposite of what I intended. He walked directly to my room, did some troubleshooting, and agreed that it wasn't working. He moved us to another room that was very comfortable. The property was immaculate and had plenty of parking close to the entrance. From inside my bedroom I didnt hear any sound outside of my room, where my father was watching TV . Very pleasant experiencing sharing a suite with my usually obstrusive family

We loved the room. But there were a few odd things. One was that there wasn’t enough room to open up the pull out couch. My husband had to move the cabinet and the TV , Also, two more little things that seemed odd . There weren’t any clocks or luggage racks. The front desk did find one luggage rack and brought up to us. All of the staff were great!

Excellent stay,the staff was warm and very responsive to the slightest desire. Kudos to the interior designer. I loved the patterns and textures design. As a watercolor artist I enjoyed the time to visit old town Frederick and to paint my thoughts here.

The Residence Inn was situated in a quiet area, just a minute's walk from a shopping mall and within walking distance of several dining options. A grocery store was conveniently nearby, making it easy to pick up essentials. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The room was nice and roomy and we love the fireplace! Everything was mostly clean, but there's definitely some normal wear and tear that comes with a hotel that's been there awhile. The staff was fantastic!! And the breakfast was delicious. Sad the pool was closed but we enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Frederick and the myriad of restaurants and shops there, as well as right across the street in Westview.
