“The house is exactly as pictured, plenty of space and lots of big bedrooms! We really enjoyed the home, we had 14 people for a BBQ Graduation celebration! My ONLY complaint is that the kitchen is SORELY under equipped. There were very few things needed to cook and serve 14 people, and the house sleeps that many so it’s expected the guests will cook. Otherwise the place is awesome!”

“A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful.……

“Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in……

It takes less than 1.5 hours to visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the North and Colorado Springs in the South. Chris' house is clean and have everything we need for the short stay. Thank you”

“This property suited our needs adequately. The house was clean and ready for us at check-in. The beds were comfortable, although the sectional sofa and trundle bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. The front room has only dining furniture - no other "living room" furniture. That was only downstairs in the basement. This ensures that there are no "gatherings" which the landlord forbids, I suppose. Little things need to be attended to: the front storm door closure- the hydralics are broken so the……

“First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding.”

“Overall, the hotel is ok for the price. It didn’t really have a lobby, just an office. No breakfast was offered but there is coffeeemaker in the room. It’s on a busy road so you can hear the cars passing by at night. It feels more like an apartment complex. Overall, the room is clean and functional. There is a view of the city from the balcony”
