“The location of this property was perfect for our family visit to Denver - Water World, Zoo, and museums. The home was family friendly, allowing our group of 6 adults and 3 small children to be together without feeling crowded. Having a high chair and pack n play available was very convenient. The home was well stocked with many small amenities - a hot beverage station, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo and body soap, and more- that make the stay more comfortable. “Beautifully renovated home maintained the historic details with all the modern conveniences. Everything was lovely and our 7 year old daughters particularly enjoyed sleeping in the nook on the second floor that’s just high enough for a kid that age to stand up in. ”

“We stayed overnight on a trip headed East. We loved it, and booked it for our trip back through on our way home. Clean, comfortable, nice area. It's a separate building, allowing for privacy. There's a wonderful little "business district" with stores, restaurants and bars within a vrey short drive. Absolutely would recommend. ”

“We loved our stay in this clean and spacious 3br / 2ba house. Great air conditioning was a relief to return to during the hot summer days. My husband and I stayed with our 2 year old and his grandma. I regret the pitter patter of his little steps seemed to bother the guests in the basement between 7-7:30 pm but the hosts seemed understanding. Just be aware that you could have guests below you and they can likely hear a lot. We loved the spaciousness of the master suite and kitchen and living……
