Wonderful, comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay at this great location in Fredericksburg. The house was exactly as described in pictures. It is well thought out with extra blankets and towels. The extra vanity/utility room is so smart. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break Getaway

Property was very clean and accommodating for 3 couples. The 3 king beds were very comfortable and a nice touch. Main Street is walkable, but a very short Uber ride after a long day. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Haven

This house was perfect for our first stay in Fredericksburg. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped to make Thanksgiving dinner. We were bummed that it rained the entire time we were here however the home was comfortable amongst the storms!

The Birthday Club

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Odelia's Place. The makeup room was a hit with 6 women getting ready for the day. We were close enough to downtown Fredericksburg we could actually hear the music when the wind blew just right. And just far enough in the quaint little neighborhood where we were able walk in the evening or just sit outside under the shady trees and visit. It was a lovely well kept home and we look forward to staying here again.

Cute Property!

This property has great outdoor space. The photos of the property are very accurate. The inside is cute, well furnished, and has plenty of towels, linens, blankets, etc. All the beds are king-sized and very comfortable. The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. The kitchen has basic cooking supplies - nothing fancy, but certainly functional. The front driveway easily held 4 cars, and the side driveway to the garage held one more. We were happy not to have to park on the street. The house overall was clean and tidy, but we did notice our feet and socks were dirty after walking on the floor. We found the inside to be overall darker than we'd have preferred, especially at night, but we'd still return to this property again. Also, the back yard, while spacious with good seating, is not completely fenced in. It opens on the East side to a street across from some sort of a community center. We were slightly concerned about privacy, but never had an issue. The location, though "8 blocks from Main Street," is not really walkable to Main St. Neither the sidewalks nor the lighting along Llano Street were enough that we felt safe walking to/from Main Street, especially after dark. But, it was only a 2-5 minute drive to get to Austin St. and Main St. We did notice one problem upon arriving (kitchen sink disposal wasn't working) but the owners responded very quickly and offered to come look at the problem the very same night. Overall, we enjoyed our time here very much!

The remodel was awesome. Quite neighborhood close to Main Street and all the shops/restaurants. Owners were very responsive with communication.

Girls Weekend in Wine Country

Overall, we had a great time. Property is great for big groups. Really appreciated the makeup room where we got ready in the morning. Check in and check out was very easy and efficient. Would recommend to other big groups!

Couples weekend in Fredricksburg

We were 3 couples on this trip, and this home was ideal for our weekend together. The home was super clean, with plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Nice comfy beds, too.

Great Stay in Fredricksburg!

We had a small group of friends stay here for a wedding weekend in Fredricksburg. The location was perfect and a short car service helped us get to the venue and back safely. The beds were comfy (very!) and the whole property was sparkling clean. Highly recommend this property and host - would love to come back again. Thanks!

Wine tasting

Perfect place for 3 couples. We each had large bedrooms all with king size beds. Kitchen area and living area was very adequate. We also like the chairs set up outside and the location was great for what we were doing. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was incredibly comfortable. The house was well stocked with all that you’ll need for your stay, super clean, and the beds were super comfortable! The hosts were good with responses. Definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy, Clean, Convenient!

We wanted to take our kids to see Christmas lights on Main Street and this home was perfect for our family. We also took my mother in law out to the vineyards for some wine tasting. The home was clean and tastefully decorated for Christmas! We would definitely be back for an adults only trip!

Ideal “home base”

Our group loved the property. Really nice to have 3 king beds. Kitchen had what we needed. Our only suggestion/wish would be to have a fire pit in the backyard. We liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and accommodating

Odelia's House was just as described. It was specious, clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for me and my five girlfriends for a girls weekend away. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide bath gel in the master bath. Everything else was provided - shampoo, towels, coffee and water. It was a very pleasant stay.

We love the house. It was convenient but far enough away that it was not crowded. Their towels are super plush and everything was squeaky clean.

Great beds

The house is great for a small group, we had three couples. The beds were wonderful! There is one step down from the dining to living room area and the flooring is the same color. We laid a bright colored bag there so the husbands would remember. The kitchen is stocked well with everything you need. Nice back yard with plenty of chairs. There is a full glass storm door going outside. We put a sticky note on the glass, so no one would walk into it. The only negative is the living room furniture. For the over 60 crowd, it's uncomfortable.

Sisters and Spouses July 4th Celebration

All of us enjoyed our stay immensely! The owners came by when we checked in to see if all was well with home and us. Their offer to call them with any needs was greatly appreciated! Bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfy. Kitchen contain all items needed to cook our breakfasts. The kitchen table is ample size to accommodate our card games. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to take our morning walks. Recommend it to anyone who wants a base to enjoy the Hill Country of Texas.
