2nd stay here. Accommodations great. Space, pool and hot tub all wonderful. The gas grill is on its last legs and unfortunately we had planned dinners around it so we had to use the oven.

Amazing Stay

This location is remote yet close enough to the city to get things you need. It felt like our home. We enjoyed the amazing back yard every morning and the pool was a blast. Although the house is large we felt so comfortable it was the best!

Our family enjoyed our week at this house. It has so much room for fun and relaxation and the pool was great! Nice sized rooms where we could spread out or all be in the same room! The host was very good to work with and very responsive. We would definitely choose this house again!

Wonderful getaway

We have a friend group that gets together every year and this was our first year at this property. It was the perfect place to accommodate 10 of us with plenty of space to enjoy outside and feel remote while still having gathering space inside with comfy beds for everyone. We’re so happy with our stay. The host was super responsive to any questions and it was a great experience overall.

Beautiful House

Enjoyed four nights at the house with family. It has plenty of room. We had 8 adults and 3 kids under 2 and never felt overcrowded. It was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot were very nice too! We would stay there again! Steve

Peaceful place to Relax

Beautiful, clean home with lots of room to spread out. Our family loved the pool and hot tub to relax. We had five high schoolers with us and they loved having the basement to themselves. I only wish there was a store closer for last minute items we forgot but I will take that for the beautiful setting, peace and quiet this home offers.

Multi generational happy family

This is a gem of a house. 14 multi generational family members enjoyed a week long vaca. Everything was as promised and was impressed with quick responses to a few minor issues. The pool/ hot tub was used by all. Clean, solidly built house allowed for elders to go to bed early while teens were still playing games. Will definitely be going back!!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family gathering!

This large home is nestled in a wooded area about 30 minutes from Louisville. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the large swimming pool. There are multiple tables in the house that are perfect for playing games or having dinner together. The home is designed with entertaining in mind. There is a kitchen and living area on both the Main level and the basement level. Parking is close to the house and very convenient. I would highly recommend this home.

Fitting for Large group of adults

The house is a great layout and accommodates multiple adult couples. This was unique in that a lot of homes have four or five bedrooms but most have just one or two king/queen beds and the other beds are twin beds or bunk beds. So when I saw that they had five queen or large beds in the five bedrooms, that was great. Host was very responsive and helpful. It’s a little far out from Louisville but when u need beds for adult couples it is a great place.

Fredericksburg Pool House

This home was absolutely wonderful in many ways.The house itself is beautifully designed & more space than we could use. The main floor kitchen, it has 2 kitchens, has the latest appliances & a huge island for gathering & cooking. Well stocked with good dishes, glassware & utensils & cleaning supplies. The bedding was great, so fresh & comfortable. All of the bathrooms were spotless & well supplied with neatly stacked towels. The pool, hot tub & patio were perfect & just what we were hoping for. (Also stocked with pool towels) The grounds all around provided a gorgeous park like setting. If all of that weren't enough we had a personal Chef's dinner done by Bart & Ashley, prepared from their farm fresh foods. They brought it all in, explained all the dishes, cooked it, served it, left the kitchen spotless & it was all just amazing! They were great & we highly recommend this to elevate the whole experience! The hosts were top notch & super responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful time & didn't want to pack up. We definitely plan to visit again!

What a comfortable, lovely home and property. We all felt right at home from the minute we walked in. There were 9 of us. The home was perfectly suited for what we needed. My daughters family stayed in the lower level and had a refrigerator that they used in the full kitchen downstairs for drinks and snacks and it was a great space for quiet time for an almost 2 year old baby. The kitchen upstairs was perfect for our group. Plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. We even hosted a group of family members that live close by for lunch after a family event and the space inside and outside worked out great. My two 5 year old grandkids loved the pool and exploring and playing in the yard with bubbles and a ball and making paper airplanes and seeing whose airplane flew the furthest from the upstairs balcony. So much for them to do outside that I don’t think we ever turned on a tv. The owner responded very quickly about check in information, a power outage from a storm, and a question about the bbq. My family wants to come back every year. We loved it and would recommend it.

Fun family getaway

We enjoyed our week-long stay! The house was clean and had some nice touches for our family group such as the pack n' play for babies and the small table and chairs for the little kids. There was ample space to spread out and have a variety of board games being played throughout the house, but there was also a good amount of seating for us all to gather in one place and watch a movie. The kids loved the pool! The hosts responded well as we had needs arise from a storm that came through the first night, etc. We would definitely consider staying again if everyone can handle the 6 hour car ride again! A couple of suggestions: provide information about internet access right away so guests don't have to ask for it. Also a list of things to do in the area might be helpful to some. One quirky thing for us was the locks on the exterior doors. We figured them out but joked that they should have come with instructions. (One blew open during the storm because it hadn't been locked completely.) If you're not from the area, be prepared for a winding, hilly road coming in...it's Indiana farm country. Our kids enjoyed the cows across the road!
