A charming 1980's home that has recently received an extensive renovation, family and friends alike will delight in spending time at this wonderful guesthouse.

LOCATION - 5 blocks North of Main Street
HOSTS - Home to yourselves
SLEEPS - Up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms; King bedroom, Queen bedroom, 2 Twins in 3rd bedroom & Queen memory foam sleeper sofa in living room
BATH - 2 baths; Master has large tile walk-in shower and 2nd bath has tub/shower
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - No breakfast. Coffee and teas provided
AMENITIES - Smart flat screen TV but no cable programming, DVD/BluRay, WiFi, washer/dryer, patio with outdoor seating and market lights (on a timer), outdoor seating, off-street parking
CHILDREN & INFANTS - YES
PETS - NO

Cozy house, accurate listing. Not really close enough to walk to Main St, especially with darker roads at night and no sidewalks, but it was a short drive. Amenities were plentiful, like towels, toiletries, and kitchenware. Overall, would recommend for an affordable housing option if you're looking to visit Fredericksburg.

Three friends and I spent one night at this location. It was clean! We had no major issues, however considering we were all females, security was a big concern. There was no deadbolt on the lock, curtains were very thin and the blinds were see-through and didn't cover the entire windows. The bedroom with the two beds in it had absolutely no curtains and could easily been seen through at night with the lights on. Would not stay there again simply for those issues.

Great girls' trip!

Three friends and myself spent the weekend at the house. It was super comfortable. We enjoyed having a house with all the amenities: several bedrooms, a small kitchen and dining area, and washer/dryer. It was convenient to get to Main St. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will definitely try to book this same house next trip!

Wonderful, comfortable house!

The house was updated and nicely decorated. It was a very comfortable stay for my family of 6 (2 adults, 4 young children). My husband and I loved the bottle of wine left for us! There were board games and a spacious backyard to keep the kids occupied. And the location of the house was extremely convenient. The only critique of the house was that is lacks a fenced in backyard.

Clean, comfortable, house close to town.

Great house for a ladies' weekend in Fredericksburg. 3 bedrooms all had comfortable beds. Neighborhood is quiet and no issues getting to town (only 5 blocks away). A lovely bottle of Rose waiting for us. Only thing I'd suggest is sweeping off the back patio and closing the laundry room door. Other than that, I'd definitely book again with them.

Great House Near Main Street

Our group spent a fun weekend in Fredericksburg enjoying the local restaurants and wineries. This house was conveniently located near Main Street and allowed easy access to highways to get to wineries. Highly recommend staying here!
