The Space:

Step into this welcoming studio-style casita, where comfort and convenience seamlessly blend. Adorned in soothing hues of gray, white, and a hint of teal, the room is tastefully decorated, creating a tranquil and relaxing ambiance. A queen-sized bed takes center stage, promising a peaceful night's rest.



Invite your culinary creativity in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a built-in stove top, side-by-side fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Prepare a delightful meal or effortlessly reheat leftovers in this welcoming culinary space.



The well-appointed bathroom, offers both practicality and convenience. The spacious walk-in shower provides a refreshing and invigorating experience. A full-length mirror allows guests to check their appearance and outfit before heading out. Moreover, for added convenience, there is a washer and dryer available for guest use, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.



Outside, the charming deck beckons, offering a sunny spot to sip coffee or immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding you. It's an ideal setting for relaxation, whether you're unwinding, reading a book, dining al fresco. Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

There are two other cabins on the property (Benjamin and Opal Cabins) plus the owner's home.



-In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county of Gillespie to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at a Fredericksburg area vacation rental.

-The firepit is a shared space and wood is not provided.

-Parking: Only park in the designated areas.

-Charcoal for grill is not provided
