Less than 1/4 mile (6 blocks) from Main St in quiet neighborhood. Private entrance with covered porch for morning coffee or afternoon "wine down." Separate fenced yard for the fur baby or play ball on the main lawn. Open concept living/dining with a fully stocked kitchenette. 2 relaxing recliners. Separate dining table with 2 chairs. Roku streaming TV with tons of channels. Comfy queen bed. Private bath has huge 3x5 shower with rainhead and plenty of extra towels tucked away in the vanity. And their is a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water:) Meet the owners out on the shared deck and make new friends... or enjoy your privacy... whatever you decide you will love this little charmer.

Very cute & cozy. Surprised the host came out to meet & depart us. You don't see that majority of the time. Lovely little potty area for your pets. Quiet neighborhood & close drive to main st. Our host, Tara, was amazing! She greeted us the minute we arrived and showed us around. The casita was perfect for our little weekend getaway to Fredericksburg.
