It is renovated with an eye towards large groups and love. Heart Haus is 3,300 square feet, with 4 living areas, Chef's fully stocked Kitchen, 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. It also boasts a great outdoor area with Paradise Spa/Hot Tub... all within 5 blocks of downtown.

The soul of Heart Haus is inspired by Love…from the artwork to the dishes to the classical romance novels. You will be amazed by the little touches you find throughout the Haus. The totally renovated interior of Heart Haus has given her a modern design. In addition, we are honored to have the iconic "Greetings From" mural painted on the side of our Haus. Chef's Kitchen
-Kitchen includes stainless appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range, oven, and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, Corningware, crock pot, waffle maker, mixer, blender etc. Additionally, there will be trash-bags, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker.

You can walk to downtown from this house easily. Home sits 5 blocks to Main Street. Guests can easily walk or drive if preferred. Quiet neighborhood in the city grid. Cottage is 6 blocks (.6 mile) to city center on Main Street. To walk to main street (without getting on Llano St.), leaving the house take a left on to Hackberry and then a right on to Lincoln Street. When Lincoln Street cross Travis Street (5 blocks up), take a right on Travis and the go two blocks and take a Left on Llano and you are on main street.

Come fall in LOVE! Neighborhood is a nice quiet and safe walking neighborhood. You will have access to the whole house, backyard and private Hot Tub.
