Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults. We all had our own space and we also had room to socialize. The property had everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Farm House

A beautifully renovated farm home with lots of comfort and room for multiple families or friends. We love the country so staying here was peaceful and relaxing. The landscape and friendly cows was an extra added plus! Away from town, which we enjoy but close enough to Luckenbach or Fredericksburg.

Quaint space for a friends get away

We loved staying at the White Dairy Guesthouse. It was perfect for 4 couples. It’s hard to find a home that can accommodate 4 separate couples in different rooms at a reasonable price and this was perfect for what we needed. We loved the light up windmill at night which helped us find the driveway when it was dark. The three full bathrooms were so helpful for everyone getting ready. The location was also amazing as the property was on some land but was only a few miles from town and close to all our favorite wineries and breweries. We had an amazing weekend with lots of laughter and great memories were made!

White House Wedding Stay

Family staying at the White Dairy Farmhouse

Our stay at the White Dairy Farmhouse exceeded our expectations. The house is very roomy and extra clean. It is close to Luckenbach and Fredericksburg’s Main Street - really great location. It reminded us of our grandmother at the farm house - loved it. Just one suggestion is to update the television for more television showchoices.

Great Large Group House

The house was cool when we arrived- thank goodness! The house had a great rustic feel. We had no issues except that the porch where one person slept was a bit warm all day, but it cooled off in the evening. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work, but we do intend to return! It was a great house for a large group. Thanks!!!

Beware - very poor experience

Overall a very poor experience with the quality of the house and local Vacasa support/management. Upon walking into the house - Dead bugs through out the house Dirty carpet in the kitchen Clogged plumbing I have multiple pictures to share (but there is no option to upload). Even the local cleaning crew that (eventually) came by recognized the dirty issues. Vacasa claim is it’s “rustic” and “summer bugs” so beware of what you sign up for. Definitely not with the price charged for the house.

New Year's Stay

We were very pleased with the house. I think there could have definitely been a little more flexibility with our stay. It definitely needs more linens (blankets) available to the guests. It was very cold while we were there. It is close to town which is nice. We enjoyed the big yard and the firepit. Thank you

Christmas Trip

The house is Spacious, but there was mice running around (we have video) it smelled bad outside like there was something dead, house needs curtains and it was super hot upstairs had trouble getting ac to work in some rooms.

Lots of space, great location

The house has tons of charm, plenty of space, and is so close to Fredericksburg and many vineyards. It’s very peaceful and we enjoyed the big yard, fire pit and porches. The beds and linens were lovely and we all slept well (five adults and three teens). The two teen boys lives the two twin beds on the enclosed porch. Plenty of bathrooms too. The oven broke and a new one was not able to be delivered before our stay. We were alerted the day before and had to replan meals. We were offered $150 off. The house is very clean inside, but if you have someone in your group uncomfortable with bugs, I’d think twice. The yard was hopping with grasshoppers/crickets, spiders (mostly daddy long legs), ants, and cicadas. We also saw a scorpion in the house (son killed it). We enjoyed our stay.

Nice weekend

Beautiful old farmhouse! House was very clean and spacious. We had 3 couples staying, but there was plenty more room for additional people/kids. No central a/c (listed as "partial"), but the wall units kept us comfortably cool in the summer heat. Very near Hwy 290 and the fast cars, but only minimal road noise. The windmill was a very good landmark to help us find the house back daily - and close to lots of wineries - away from downtown crowds.

Wonderful location for wineries and Luchenbach

We spent two nights and loved the cleanliness and bedding! Also enjoyed the firepit and the pretty cattle across the back fence. The interior is as spotless as shown in the pictures. Would echo the other reviewers that the waterflow from the showers is quite weak. We found the A/c units easy to use as each room has its own. The location worked out great for us. Close to Alstadt, Signor, and Luchjenbach. Easy drive into Fredericksburg too, Would definitely return!

The ultimate farmhouse experience!

If you are looking for a unique property that has a ton of character and provides all the amenities you will need in beautiful Fredericksburg. A group of family and friends get together and it was the perfect place for being together but having some private space as well. Beds were super comfy and the porches are a peaceful place to relax. The best location located across from Alstadt brewery and wind seed farms. The entrance could be better with an electronic gate and maybe a turning lane but certainly a beautiful stay.

Family Gathering

This farmhouse was very comfortable with great beds, plenty of seating , nice porches. There was plenty of room for children to run around and not break anything. The location was good, easy to get into Fredericksburg. A few minor issues.....low , low, low water pressure in all the bathrooms, but plenty of hot water! The entrance needs lighting to be seen at night....it’s easy to miss, as several of us did coming back to the house at night. And we could not, any of us figure out the ac/heating system...and it got very warm, and the system was on “heat” mode....true the weather was all over the place and we needed to be able to adjust it. Overall a great weekend stay!

Clean and convenient

This house is a perfect location. Seconds from several wineries and breweries. Shopping is just up the main road of downtown. My family and I had a fabulous time hosting my mother’s 70th Birthday. This house was perfect for entertainment inside and out. Front porch was a great place to hangout on and enjoyed the cool spring days.

Great place for families

We had a great time sharing this farmhouse with several families. The kids had lots of space to play and enjoyed s'mores in the firepit in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Stunning Home!

This house was perfect for our Girls Weekend! Loads of space, beds are so comfortable and a beautiful kitchen that has anything you need. It was such a pleasure to wake up to the breeze blowing through the open windows and watching the cows. Totally loved that the weather was so nice to be able to sleep on the enclosed porch. We will definitely book this place again.
