This was our 2nd time staying here. We loved it as much as the first. Quiet, clean, and has a hot tub! Very nice experience and highly recommend.

This is a great property and place to stay. Close to everything in Fredericksburg and quiet. It was so quiet, no hotel doors slamming at all hours of the night, plus a hot tub, a hammock, and a firepit/grill. It’s a no brainer we will be back.

The property was great!! Typically when I see pictures it turns out to not be as advertise but this was an exception!! It was very well maintained and clean. Plenty of space for just the two of us. Hot tub was great, minus a couple of keys not working. Would definitely recommend it

The pumphouse was even cooler than the pictures looked. It was homey, cozy, and the perfect place to hang out after a day of wineries. It was so awesome that I even proposed inside!

Anniversary Trip

This was our 1st time in Fredericksburg, and we loved it!! The Pumphouse was a perfect place to stay for our 30th anniversary. It was so peaceful, private, and relaxing. We will definitely be back and hope to stay there again. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted…♥️

Perfect relaxing getaway

My husband and I loved staying at the pump house. It was great for our weekend getaway! Close enough to main street but still very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We really enjoyed the private courtyard area each night, and in the morning while drinking coffee. The place was decorated so cute and the bed was comfy . We really enjoyed the robes provided too

Super Cute and Rustic

The Pumphouse is a super cute, little rustic place. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed another. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes and handtowels. Nice robes to borrow also. We would definitely stay here again.
