Welcome to Das Ferienhaus, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex located just 2 min from the heart of historic Downtown Fredericksburg. This home is fully furnished with designer furnishings, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy the outdoor living spaces with a hot tub, and indoor fireplace. Come back to a comfortable and stylish home base after a day of exploring all that Fredericksburg has to offer. Managed by Heavenly Hosts
The Space:
- Sleeps 4 guests!
- 1 king size bed in the bedroom & 1 bunk bed in sleeping nook (bottom bunk is a full size and top bunk is a twin)
- Full kitchen + dishwasher & coffee maker!
- Washer/Dryer available! They are stackable and located in the bedroom, behind a closed door.
- BBQ grill is gas
- Indoor Electric Fireplaces, in both living room and bedroom
- Hot tub available!

Perfect!
We absolutely loved Das Ferienhaus! It was the perfect place for our long weekend trip to Fredericksburg. It is so clean and nicely decorated. It has everything you may need and then some! The hot tub is great! Love the fireplaces! We felt safe and the location is excellent. Close to everything! Will definitely be back!
