Embrace the quiet surroundings as you step outside to a new Trex porch dining and extra seating area with built-in lighting. A custom timber frame pavilion beckons you to enjoy its amenities. The large wood-burning stone fireplace and a six person hot tub invites you to sink into its warm embrace and let your cares melt away. White Oak Haus is nestled between main street and all your favorite winery destinations on Hwy 290. Guests will have access to the house, outdoor area and covered carport. Guests will access the house with a keypad.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet and safe neighborhood. Please know, for this area fencing is prohibited. Due to this, there is no privacy fencing.

White Oak Haus is nestled between main street and all your favorite winery destinations on Hwy 290. This house is 3.4 miles from Downtown Fredericksburg. We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!
Other Things to Note:
- This property is not pet friendly.
- This property only allows children 12 years and up. Infants or children below 12 are not allowed.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
- NO smoking allowed.
- There is a stray cat in the area, often referred to as the "neighborhood cat" by locals. This cat roams around the neighborhood and may make an appearance during your stay. Please do not feed the cat. While the cat is very friendly and might approach you, it should not be allowed inside at any time.
