Anniversary trip

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to the Fredericksburg area. My wife and I enjoyed this clean, well appointed, relaxing retreat and would stay again.

Amazing stay

My husband and I really enjoyed celebrating our 11 year anniversary here. The place was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio every evening and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. Definitely will come back to this spot!

Wonderful visit and a definite 12 out of 10 The location is perfect for a relaxing get away. The place was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was so great. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway spot.

Great property in great location

The property was very clean, with great amenities. The hot tub was clean and the property was in a great location. Less than 5 minutes from downtown but quiet enough for a great getaway. Would highly recommend!!

Relaxing Get Away in a FANTASTIC Location

New, Clean, Relaxing, and Modern appointments, Love the Hot tub, astro turf is soft and clean, the back patio chairs are relaxing. The stars are so bright, and Neighborhood quite and secluded.

Second time staying - just as perfect as the first.

I was very happy to return to this great space. Great layout. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom is lovely (shower is ) and beds are very comfortable. Loved the outdoor space and made very good use of the washer and dryer. A little off the beaten path but was nice and quiet and was just what I needed. Thank you for another great week.

Rise and Wine

Rise and Wine is everything it was promised to be! Cute,cozy and clean. Perfect for our long weekend, we brought food to cook and had no problems there. Close to town, wineries, and other attractions. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and in the hot tub. If your thinking of staying here don't hesitate.

Sisters weekend

This property is new and well kept. It is very clean and has everything we needed for our girls weekend. From the comfortable bedding, large stocked kitchen, coffee, and clean jacuzzi. It was nice to shop and climb Enchanted Rock and the relax in the jacuzzi. Neighborhood is quiet and just what we needed. Would definitely go back!

New! Clean! Very Comfortable!

This little quadruplex was very new! They did not skimp on appliances, amenities, or furniture. Location was easy to get to from the fairgrounds (where we were going) but wasn’t too far from downtown for dinner and a little shopping. The check in/out process was super simple. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location, very spacious, comfy bed, full size kitchen , large fridge, best part is the jacuzzi Cons: only had knives, no forks and spoons, need a mat outside to dry feet off after getting out of jacuzzi so not to leave water footprints walking back in

Perfect

Spent a week at this condo and was perfect for me enjoying a week long bike camp. Close to town, quiet, perfect size and layout. Cute decorations, secluded outdoor porch, shower had great pressure, kitchen with all the tools to easily eat in. Bed was comfy. The communication and support of these owners was 🙌. Condo very clean and quite. A very nice location. Very Convenient. Only issue would be a lack of any place to hang cloths. Seemed strange for a condo to not have a place to hang cloths when staying seven nights. There is a closet in bedroom but was padlocked shut.

Worth more than the $$

Very rarely will I say that I got more than I paid for but this was the case with this VRBO rental. The space was well thought out, exceptionally clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and the full size kitchen was very nice. I enjoyed the private hot tub after a day of walking all over Fredericksburg. If there is anything I could complain about it would be the lack of a closet, but there are several hooks available to hang your clothing, just be sure to bring some hangers. A very nice stay and I felt we got a great bargain with the quality of the room.

Relaxing

Everything was great, clean, and stocked w coffee.Had one little hiccup with the hot tub, turned it on to warm up, went out for the afternoon, upon time to use it found it off and cold.Someone had come into unit snap locked the tub cover and turned off. Could not figure out how to turn back On. So didn’t get to use the hot tub.

Cozy and Comfy

This condo was perfect for our mommy/daughter getaway! Clean, comfy and cozy and we appreciated that coffee was provided! One thing we did miss was watching local TV network programming, like ABC, NBC and CBS. The TVs only have streaming apps and no way to watch regular TV shows like soap operas or local weather forecasts. We really loved that there were no cleanup chores required of us like there usually is when renting a place. Parking was abundant and we saw lots of deer near the condo, which is close to town and an easy drive. We also loved not needing a key to get it - just a simple push of code to lock and unlock the door! Thank you for a great stay!

The place is exactly like the pics! VERY clean and new. Cute decor. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Has coffee maker and there was some leftover Folgers to use so if that's not your taste, bring coffee with you!

Great Place to Stay

We had a fantastic time. Everything was very nice! The location was very convenient. Check-in and checkout was very easy. The bedroom mattress was very comfortable but still firm enough for my husband. Hot tub felt great and very clean! We will definitely stay here again 💜
