The staff knocks on my door every morning but never brings me fresh towels or asks if i need anything. I have to go to the office to get towels and trashbags. Im here for work but for the price i feel like there should be better service. 」

Overall, I was surprised with how shabby this property was compared with what I'm used to, especially the lack of amenities and the much higher price point.
