“When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned yet. I could tell the staff member felt disappointed when I informed her, but she handled the situation professionally and resolved it well, which I appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. We were also able to relax and enjoy our stay once everything was sorted out. One suggestion would be to check the mattress cover and shower curtain, as……

When we returned back to the room after our event the room smelled terrible. It smelled like mold or mildew to the point my friend began throwing……
