Great location and easy beach access.

We had a great stay. Good location. Easy access to the beach. Great home for our family. Kids loved the games and shuffleboard. Had one issue come up and Valerie and property owner were fantastic to work with.

Wonderful Swan Lake

This was the perfect family getaway. The house is lovely and the shuffleboard was a hit with everyone. Beautifully decorated and had everything you need. Will book it again

Fantastic beach house

It was the perfect weekend getaway. Adorable, comfortable house. Very welcoming, clean and fun! Amazing location with a very short walking path right to a great section of beach. We’re already talking about going back!

Great location

A great week with the beach about 50 yards away. Sxs and golf carts allowed on beach which has vehicular access about 250 yards away. The entire house has been updated with full size bathrooms and a large island.

Wonderful Family Getaway

What a wonderful weekend. The home was very well equipped down to many USB chargers throughout. Shuffleboard and the Basketball Game were a hit with everyone. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. Beds and sofa sleepers were very comfortable. We hope to come again in the future.

Perfectly Cute

We are big fans of renting beach houses and this one was adorable. We are 2 adults and 5 medium-sized kids and this place worked super well for us. The beach is across a mini street and the waves are endless. The sand is hard packed (perfect for running). The owner was especially responsive and very friendly and eager to please. This place is great - RENT IT!

Updated house close to beach!

This was our first time at Surfside and this house was a perfect fit for our group. It’s nicely decorated and had nice little touches like charging ports on the bedside tables and a place to rinse sand off your feet on the lower level. We also loved that we could park in the shade below the house. Beach access was an easy walk over the nearby walkway. The younger ones in our group really liked the bunk room and the shuffleboard and video game in the main room. Overall a great find!

Great location, super clean and nice, would rent again!

We rented this beach house for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The house was very clean and had all of the amenities and the beds were very comfy. Swan Lake is the perfect little area in Surfside! Don’t let the house being on the 2nd row prevent you from renting. It’s a very quick and easy walk back and forth from the house to the beach and you still have a great view of the beach! The things I appreciate when renting a beach house are cleanliness, comfy beds, cool AC, comfy couches and location to the beach and this house checks all the boxes! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Booking, check in and out was very easy and we didn’t have any issues at all.

Great place overall!

The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The beach was very easy to access! Plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The video game and shuffleboard initiated some intense competition! Our family had a blast. The only down side to this house is the smell of the water, it smells like rotten eggs. The odor is so strong that many of us were gagging while taking a shower. I do believe it is an issue of the area not just this house, the neighbors water smelled the same way. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Nice house, premium toilet paper!

Loved the shuffleboard! Huge hit with the kids, We did a tournament with the family. Super fun! Very easy walk to the beach, just takes a couple minutes. Nice having two full bathrooms, the sinks aren't behind the bathroom door so anyone can use while someone is in the shower which is a nice convenience.

Surfside Light 2022

We had 2 families each with 4 kids ages 6-12 & their grandma at the property. We all had a fantastic time! Proximity to the beach was great. Easy check in/check out process. Only 2 problems- 1) the king sized bed frame was bent and didn’t seem adequate for a king sized bed and 2) not enough pillow cases for the bed pillows. All- in- all it was a great trip and we’re already planning our trip for next year. The property manager was easily contacted and had a quick response. I did not mention the pillows to her because I had brought some with me.

First weekend get away for summer and we were not disappointed!!!

This place was great, just a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach. House was just like the pictures showed. Everything that was needed was there. We enjoyed our time in sufside and picked the perfect house to stay in while being there. Thank you 😊

Everything went Allright till we woke up Sunday morning full of bed bug bites. Disappointing to have my kids wife and parents as well as uncle and aunt full of bed bug bites the morning after.

Short Vacation

This was a spur of the moment booking and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Location of the house was not that far from the beach itself. Cozy and overall quiet. Would rent again.

Nice upgraded property in a great location

This property is well maintained and has everything you would need including board games for kids, shuffle board and a video game console! The beach is just a couple of minutes walk across the street from the house. Unfortunately, we reached late for check in and it was dark. So it took us some time to figure out the lights for parking and unloading. Due to recent rains and stagnant water there are millions of mosquitoes around the area (nothing the property owner can do). But these bloodsuckers made it challenging for us to figure out how to get the key from the lock box and open the main door. Some minor annoyances though- one of the toilets didn’t flush, no dishwasher pods, the water hose that’s there to wash off beach sand has extremely low pressure and the mosquitoes start attacking you while waiting for that low pressure water to wash of sand. Over all this is a nice property, maybe we chose the wrong time of the year to visit and provide treats for the mosquitoes. It’s better to carry a mosquito repellent.
