Beach Vacation

Modern farmhouse near the beach. Perfect location to walk to the delicious ice cream store and beach. Would highly recommend this home to all my friends and family!

House was incredible and very clean! Super close to the water and was a great location to go to the beach and also walk to a few restaurants for lunch and dinner! Teams instructions for getting in was easy and they had the place all set up for us being perfect before our arrival!

Perfect location for a quick beach getaway

Awesome location within walking distance to the beach. Newer home with all the amenities needed to relax. There are so many decks on this house to sit and socialize. This pet friendly home made it an easy decision for us to getaway. We will visit again!

Surfside getaway

We had an awesome stay. We love the property. It was modern and clean, which is a must have for me. We were a few steps from the beach. I love this property so much that I hope it’s available for our trip to Surfside next year.

Beautiful retreat

Surfside JOY!

Many thanks to the management team! Amazing communicators and workers. IF THIS IS THE ONLY REASON YOU BOOK this home, it's worth your money. My family would say the BEDS are worth your sray! We had a few glitches with the home, but we just monitored and adjusted. We were more than taken care of.. The "newer" home is beautiful, and has amazing design. Closer to heart of town than we've been before, and enjoyed that. A block from shore and EASY access. Home is at end of street, so a little more quiet. Hwy on other side, but not noisy. Surfside is a little gem! From the volunteers that help keep the beach clean to the policemen that patrol the beach who take the time to stop and get to know you!

Smelly water

The bad: The dryer vent was missing, so there was several items of clothes trapped in the vent hole. This is a fire hazard. Also, most of the decorations are cracked or damaged. The water from the faucet has a very strong sulphide smell. The showers, the sink, everywhere. Water smelled awful. Undrinkable. The good: Other than that the place was good for a few days, location is perfect. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable.
