Early Check-ins will be subject to availability. We do not charge an extra fee for this, if it’s available, we will do our best to accommodate you.

CHECK-OUT

No cleaning or tidying to do before you leave. Simply lock the door on your departure and let our 5-star cleaning team do the rest!
Late check out by request and subject to availability.

# OF GUESTS

The home can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are no extra charges for guests. Please do not exceed the maximum number without communicating with the host beforehand.

CLEANLINESS
----------------------
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home that is maintained by our 5 star cleaning team.
We are a pet free and allergy friendly home.
We have a cleaning service, but common courtesy still applies.
An extra cleaning service fee will be charged if the property is left extremely untidy/messy/dirty.

SURROUNDINGS

-NO Firearms
-NO Loud Music after 10pm
-NO grilling or fires on deck


NO SMOKING
---------------------
Absolutely NO smoking inside the home. If there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home, a charge of $1000 will be applied for smoke remediation.
If smoking on the patio, or outside, make sure to trash the remaining, and take care of the ashes. If not, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied.

DISCLOSURES

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs within the premises or its facilities.
We are not responsible for any loss of guest belongings, valuables, or losses to property caused by nature, utility interruption, or burglary.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
----------------------
Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox.

Guest will be required to settle a $250 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit.

INSURANCE COVERAGE
----------------------
A $20 fee will be charged for added insurance coverage that protects the renter from accidental damage. Any claims processed through the insurance will not be taken from the damage deposit.
