「Breakfast is a "cold" style breakfast besides the waffle maker... ex: cereal, milk, bananas, oranges, pastries and yogurt. Indoor pool was open and clean.」

「This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!」

「It was a wonderful hotel, featuring a nice pool area, arcade, lounge, and breakfast. It also was centerally located to museums and the hospital which was convenient for our family.」

「Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed comfort, AC all get 5 stars. Our only disappointment was that there was no way to stream movies or charge devices with USB cord. Staff informed us that the streaming had been down throughout the hotel for a week and the new GM was trying to have it fixed. Disappointed because we were on a girls trip and brought popcorn and a movie list. The room had outlets which included USB ports, but they were not functional. I would still stay here again as the complaints...

「Bay Pointe is a lovely inn. The staff is welcoming, our room had a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained indoor pool. The restaurant was good, fish & chips was the best dish. The grounds are beautiful. For a quiet laid-back trip, it is an excellent choice. The only complaint is they need to find a way to control the flys!」

「Where do I begin? No breakfast. Coffee was available but no creamer, sugar and Splenda only. NO hair dryer! Pool area was a shambles— Parts roped off. I had to ask twice to have gum removed from the baby pool swimming area where my grandchildren played. I had to ask for the pool deck to be cleaned of crumbs all over the floor. Staff was completely unapologetic as to the short comings of the property.」
