“Historic and charming home in a most interesting setting-- the community was a former military fort and barracks. Chat with neighbors on the front porch or watch wildlife and hang out in the backyard picnic tables. Comfortable beds and two full baths makes it good for group of 4-6 people. The golf cart is a godsend but there are bicycles and kayaks for land and water exploration. We didn't make it to the lovely looking pool or rec center for gym/bowling but they look like lots of fun. “We loved are stay at this beautiful rustic oceanfront home. The large windows along the entire ocean side of the house were a highlight. We view of water, boats, wildlife; sounds of waves on the rocks right outside; and ocean air were at once both invigorating and peaceful. We slept in the loft room and watched the sunrise over the ocean from bed. It was glorious. I love cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped to both cook and serve large meals. “This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay.”

“The West End neighborhood is gorgeous and the house was perfect for our group of 8. The beds were comfy and the house was incredible—we loved the outdoor area. Just a few minutes walking from great places such as Tandem Coffee and Bakery for coffee. We also leisurely walked from the house to downtown stopping at shops and restaurants along the way.”

“We had a wonderful week with family on Sebago Lake. The house is in a gorgeous spot, close to local stores and restaurants. The views from the house are beautiful. The house is well stocked, especially the kitchen and water toys (koala, floats, water toys). The outdoor fire pit was perfect and they had wood and kindling. The beds were comfy and having a downstairs family room was a plus. Our hosts were super easy to communicate with as well. We made lots of memories in Maine this summer! ”

“We had an amazing family vacation at this home! Amy was helpful throughout the whole process and the house had everything we needed! The house comfortably fit all 16 of us and a few furry friends as well! We enjoyed our time down at the dock, kayaking/paddle boarding, swimming, playing yard games, and hanging by the fire. “This apartment is great- the furnishings are cute and the bed is comfy. It has a kitchen with all of the cookware I needed, and off-street parking is awesome. I liked that it was really convenient to downtown, but outside of the busy, touristy parts of town. The owners were communicative, but not intrusive. It was overall a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.”
