「This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From the very beginning, everything was unnecessarily difficult. Leaving our luggage and even entering our room turned into a struggle. The self check-in system is extremely poor and simply does not work properly. Because there is no staff on site, we had to call the hotel for almost every single issue. Our room key did not work, and every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to call the hotel by phone. 「The one positive comment I have about this place is that they were very responsive when I messaged with questions...but it goes downhill from there. The building was pretty sketchy and not really clean, but the room itself would have been ok if it weren't for the bathroom. When we got there, we opened the shower and there was a terrible smell coming from the drain. Unfortunately, their only solution to the problem was to mask the smell with a little drain cleaner and a lot of air freshener....

「in wien angekommen und wollte den wie bei hotels.com empfohlenen shuttle service in anspruch nehmen. der kam nicht, das hotel hat auf meine anrufe nicht geantwortet. dann habe ich vom flughafen wien erfahren, dass das hotel nicht existiert, insolvenz anmelden musste und geschlossen ist. nur schade, dass mich weder die unterkunft noch hotels.com informiert hat..」

「Zimmer war sauber und allgemein ist die Unterkunft geräumig und gut gelegen. Auf der kostenlose Parkplatz ist ein großes Pluspunkt. ABER das Zimmer war einfach zu warm. Wir hatten durchgehend 26,5 grad und konnten die Temperatur nicht selber regulieren. Unser Baby hat in der Nacht extrem geschwitzt. Mussten teilweise in der Nacht das Fenster aufmachen und dafür war es draußen zu laut…Kontakt mit dem Anbieter ist kaum gegeben. Habe gebeten die Temperatur runterzustellen es kam nichts zurück....

「Das Eimchecken war umständlich und ich habe mich sehr geärgert, besonders weil die Eingabe des Geburtstadtums technisch kaum durchführbar war. Sonst war ich sehr zufrieden: Ein schönes, blitzsauberes, modernes Zimmer mit Küchenausstattung und -utensilien. Direkt gegenüber der U3. In der Nacht ruhig.」
