Très bon séjour

Un appartement spacieux et bien climatisé avec deux balcons. La place de parking a été un vrai plus. La plage est à 2 minutes à pieds et il y a toujours de la place même en plein mois d’août. Nous avons pu profiter des marchés et des commerces de proximité. Proche du port de Frejus et de Saint Raphaël nous avons pu nous balader des deux côtés et faire des balades en bateau. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bonne expérience, je recommande sans hésitation

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, la communication avec Caro a été très bonne et très amicale, et l'appartement est vraiment top, moderne et bien équipé. Caro est une hôte très à l'écoute qui répond aux attentes du mieux possible. Et la plage et les commerces du front de mer sont vraiment juste à côté de l'appartement. Nous serions ravis de revenir séjourner dans cet appart lors de prochaines vacances à Fréjus.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hat eine gute Lage. Zwar kein Meerblick, aber das stört nicht. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Meter. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Frejus/Saint Raphaël, dans ce logement lumineux, spacieux et parfaitement bien équipé. La propreté de l’appartement était irréprochable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage, de tous commerces et de la gare. Notre hôtesse nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et s’est rendue très disponible pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous la remercions à nouveau et recommandons vivement ce logement!

L’appartement est très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et proche de services. Le propriétaire fait tout pour s’assurer que tout marche bien. Quelques suggestions pour améliorer l’accueil : laisser un petit linge ou du papier pour la cuisine ; du savon dans les toilette/salle de bains et des linges plus grandes pour la chambre principale.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und waren wieder begeistert. Alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand. In der Tiefgarage ist das Auto sicher untergebracht und man braucht nie einen Parkplatz zu suchen. Ganz besonders freundlich war der Empfang von Virginie und über den Besuch von Caro haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Merci beaucoup Caro et Virginie

Abbiamo trascorso 5 gg in questo splendido appartamento, spazioso, ben arredato e pulito a pochi passi dal mare e nelle immediate vicinanze dei vari locali serali. La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto cordiale e disponibile. Apprezzabile il comodo parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo vicino a casa, considerando che i parcheggi in strada sono quasi tutti a pagamento.

Nous avons passée de superbe vacances, l'appartement est très confortable avec de très bonne prestation, tous y ai inclus et la douche très spacieuse une pure merveille, le parking est un plus indéniable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut a proximité boulangerie magasin etc.. mer a 50 m, marché nocturne tous les soirs, bref on ne s'ennuie pas, l’accueil a été très sympatrique et les propriétaires sont a l’écoute des vacanciers, ça a été un plaisir de vous connaitre, nous pensons renouveler nos vacances a cet endroit l'année prochaine. Après un long périple, nous avons été bien reçu et avec plusieurs petites attentions qui font plaisir ! L appartement est plus grand en vrai et la climatisation, la douche spacieuse et le matériel fourni font de cet appartement un endroit confortable et agréable. De plus il est plutôt bien situé, à deux pas de la plage de sable, entre les 2 ports et très proche d une boulangerie et d'un magasin d'alimentation. Bref de bonnes vacances sans soucis 😉 Merci !

Tolle Wohnung, nah am Strand

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Optimaler Stellplatz in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage. Nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Vermieterin und ihre Assistentin haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, uns einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Schönes Appartement, nahe am Strand

Die Lage des Appartements hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es ein sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand ist. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind in einer Minute zu erreichen. Das Appartement bietet alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Insbesondere der Garagenstellplatz ist sehr praktisch, da das Finden eines Parkplatzes schwierig ist.

Toller Aufenthalt in gesicherter Umgebung

Nach über 20 Jahren haben wir wieder mal Ferien an der Cote dÀzur gemacht um dort alte Freunde zu treffen. Nachdem uns Anfang der 90er Jahre in diversen Hotels und Apartmenthäusern in Frejus das Auto mehrmals aufgebrochen und zuallerletzt dann auch noch durch einen Abschleppwagen (laut Aussage einer Beobachterin) gestohlen wurde, haben wir eine sichere Unterkunft mit Garage gesucht. Die strandnahe Wohnung war absolut perfekt. Im Preis inkludiert war ein nummerierter Tiefgaragenplatz in den man auch mit größeren Autos ausreichend Platz findet. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock beinhaltet alles was für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt erforderlich ist. Ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher sowie Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es einen TV mit französischen Programmen. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Fernseher mit canal+. Europacupspiele kann man da z. B. anschauen - hab ich auch gemacht - leider zum Leidwesen meiner Frau. Der Balkon ist eher klein und wohl nur für die Trocknung der Wäsche zu gebrauchen, obwohl dort auch ein Tisch steht. Zur Not kann man da auch das Frühstück genießen, obwohl der Ausblick nur in den Hof mit Stauden und ein paar alten Autos reicht. Allgemein gesagt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert und nachdem wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben, kommen wir 2017 sicher wieder nach Frejus. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Fr. Caro, die hervorragend Englisch spricht, war perfekt. Schlüsselübergaben hat sie persönlich organisiert und übernommen. Merci Caro

Parfait !

C'est notre 2ème sejour dans cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute des vacanciers. Le plaisir de notre sejour de 2015 a été renouvelé et nous pensons même y revenir une 3e fois l'année prochaine ; pourquoi chercher ailleurs alors que tous les avantages sont réunis : bel appartement confortable et bien décoré, proximité de la plage, climatisation, parking. Location avec des prestations exceptionnelles

Appartement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Entièrement rénové, très bien conçu, décoré avec goût, avec toutes les prestations attendues pour passer un excellent séjour, et réellement à 2 pas de la plage. Nous louons des appartements pour nos vacances depuis 50 ans. Celui-ci nous le classons dans le top 5 des plus confortables – la qualité de la literie est exceptionnelle - Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et très à l’écoute des moindres désirs. Séjour magnifique

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem was benötigt wird und sehr sauber. Zum großen Kühlschrank gibt es auch extra einen kleinen Gefrierschrank. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein TV, im Wohnzimmer ein TV mit riesigem Bildschirm. Die Beschreibung im Inserat ist in allen Angaben absolut korrekt. Sehr angenehm und beruhigend ist der geräumige Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und mit allen nötigen Informationen. Keine 2 Minuten entfernt finden sich Restaurants und Geschäfte. 3 Supermärkte, darunter auch Aldi, sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Séjour de rêve

Situation idéale près de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants, du port de St Raphaël...Accueil très sympa des propriétaires et quelques conseils pour le séjour et les visites très appréciés. Équipement de l'appartement complet et les "plus" grâce au parking bien utile et à la clim dans toutes les pièces bien spacieuses. Finalement, bien que proche de la plage, cet appartement est bien au calme. Pourquoi chercher autre chose, pour un prochain séjour je reprendrai le même.
