Villa located at 15 minutes with foot of the trade and the creeks. Fine sandy beach 20 minutes away on foot. Exceptional views of the Mediterranean and Esterel. The property is on one level and comprises 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs and a fully equipped kitchen. Large swimming pool protected by electric roller shutter. Terraces with sun loungers, parasols, plancha, etc. Boules pitch, mountain bikes. Free parking spaces on fully enclosed property.



The accommodation



The accommodation occupies the entire ground floor of the villa, at pool level. You will enjoy a large villa with 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen opening directly onto the pool. The 3rd bedroom is on the shady side and is air-conditioned. The property has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs. Wooden shutters and double glazing complete the ensemble. The decoration and all the elements necessary for your stay have been carefully studied.

The villa offers free parking spaces on the fully enclosed property. St Aygulf is close to FREJUS, Ste MAXIME, St TROPEZ, CANNES and NICE. Access by motorway, train or plane.

讚好：整潔度

Lovely property but definitely need a car

The location was further out of the village than we realised when booking but we had a car so not too much of an issue but it would have been nice to have an easy stroll to restaurants and shops. The kitchen equipment was very limited Very little cutlery and 4 cups were badly chipped. The beds very comfy and nice sheets and towels. Outside seating bench at the table was not very stable so take care. We were asked to clean the pool when we arrived it was an automatic system but would have be nice if it had been ready for our arrival, however the patio area was very relaxing. Overall a nice property but it could have been 5 stars with a bit more care.
