"The staff when checking in was really bland making the ambiance feel very not so very welcoming."

"When we checked in, the front desk lady was friendly and welcoming and knew exactly who I was, probably because I was the last check-in for the night. I appreciated feeling like I was expected and someone was paying attention. The bed was fantastic! The mattress was firm but comfy, the sheets were clean and fresh, and the pillows were thick and deep. I love that they use duvets, so there are no gross blankets and comforters. I slept really well. We had two queens, and the room was a very comfortable size. It was larger than I expected, in fact. The A/C unit was loud, but kept the room cool and the thermostat was easy to adjust. Breakfast was surprisingly good. There were little cheese-filled omelettes that were a nice change from the usual scrambled eggs, and the sausage patties were good, if a bit salty. There were also fresh biscuits and gravy. There were other options like cereal and whatnot, but it was far better than the usual lame offering of prepackaged pastries and muffins so many hotels offer. It helped us start the day off right. All in all, this was an easy, pleasant experience at a good price, and I will happily stay here again the next time I'm in town. "

"The breakfast was delicious, offering something new each day for a hot breakfast. My only complaint was the mattress for the pullout bed was terrible, old and very worn. We were unable to use the pullout bed which we were planning on using! Overall it was a nice place to stay!"

"Stayed at Extended Stay America Suites – Fremont – Newark and had a very disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos on Expedia, everything felt outdated, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The room furniture was worn out and torn, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained. Our first room had a window that wouldn’t close and thin shades that let in too much light, making it hard to sleep. We requested a room change but were asked to “adjust” multiple times. Eventually got another room, which was only slightly better. No breakfast, just coffee. Only positives: location. Overall, very dissatisfied. Expedia should review this listing. Would not recommend."

"This beautiful home was perfect for a family gathering. Everything was in functional order, well supplied, and an overall elegant place to stay on a vacation in the middle of Fremont. Access to high quality markets like Whole Foods is in walking distance. Most of all, the host is the best we have ever had. He is very responsive and extremely pleasant. Class Act!"

"There is kitchen in the room I stay, it is like a studio, very nice, there is door between bedroom and living room.. kitchen has utensils and stove. I think this will be great for family to stay. And there are stickers to put outside to say keep quiet or there is pets. Definitely family hotel! Strong recommendation"
