"Cabin was run down, dry wall mud and holes covered, not sanded and repainted. Doors were filthy, walls were dirty and marked up everywhere. Pieces of the doors were missing. No smoke detectors. Shower drain plugged. The entire place needs A LOT of TLC. No A/C. Did not catch any fish in the "stocked" ..."

"Spacious and very clesn rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a running/bike trail right next to the parking lot. Everything you could want in a motel. I highly recommend the Weathervane"

"Love staying here! Very clean, and quiet. Love having coffee on the porch in the morning and listening to the water and the geese. No cable, but quiet time with a book! Comfortable bed."
