Check-in was simple, and the two cabins I had reserved were ready for us. We had a problem in one of the cabins, where the sheets on one of the beds were stained. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. There was not much communication with the host, so I can't speak to that. We enjoyed the location and privacy. Cozy is the word to use for Canyon Wren. Very nice location to visit Capitol Reef.
