“Booked 2 days with free cancellation. Tried to cancel 1 of the days during the free period & they would not drop the day without charging me $900 for the first night room. Room literally an empty room with a bed. No closet, no hangers. TV needed some kind of system update. Toilet seat broken, shower handle fell off in my hand & tub clogged so you stood in ankle deep water for your shower. Only ice machine in facility was broken. Their idea of a continental breakfast was a half full gallon jug……

“We were very disappointed mainly because it was nowhere near like the pictures online. I didn’t eat the continental breakfast,except a couple of bananas. Coffee wasn't very good. Never really saw a cleaning person,which wasn’t a big deal because the room was relatively clean at the start and we are not ones to make a mess. I will say that the staff was gracious and somewhat helpful and friendly when we needed something. They are remodeling and trying to improve. I don’t think we will stay there……

“Never spent the night. Very dirty and smelly when walked in the door!!! Staff NOT helpful with canceling the reservation. Contesting the charges ”

“Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked. There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall it was okay for one night.”

“Only complaint I had was the mouse or squirrel that was in the ceiling scratching away and waking me up a few times. ”

“Clean, comfortable room. Being able to charge our EV was a bonus!”

“Reasonably priced, very clean and well maintained, friendly staff and a good breakfast each morning. I’d stay here again.”
