"Although it was Graduation weekend, the Pearl needs to work on some things. The key card to our room rarely worked, nor did the other 4 we were issued. Finally, we were given a "Master" that would open our door every time. The toilet was running each time it was flushed; the sink did not drain, no hand towels and the shower/tub was dirty and chipped. I did not use it the 4 days I was there...disgusting. The coffee Kurigs were not replenished, and the front desk was stingy when asked for more. The TV had no directions and did not turn off with the remote. We had to turn down the volume and cover it with a bath towel for the night. No extra blankets or pillows. Parking structure took some time to figure out where the walkway to the hotel was located."

"Check-in was good. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. The property is old but they are in the process of making updates. Our room had new floors and lights but only one light worked. There was food left in the fridge and the microwave was dirty. We had one bath towel and the bathroom floor was dirty. Overall it was okay for one night."

"At first I thought I made a big mistake booking a room here, because the neighborhood was a little run down. This hotel is Very clean, The staff helped me so much with extra fees the booking company tried to charged me. Room was big and comfortable. My little dog was able to stay because they had a dog friendly room. I would stay here again for sure."
